Men's Divorce Law Firm / Jeffrey Feulner has a clever marketing scheme that lures men in who are in desperate need of help. Jeffrey Feulner's prices are way over the prices of other attorneys

in his field of practice. He will tell you one price for handling your case and then will keep billing your retainer until it is gone so that you will have to give him more money.

In my case he waited until three days before we were do in court to tell me that after giving him $2,500.00 for the domestic violence injunction hearing he wanted $1,500.00 more dollars or he would not go to the hearing to represent me and I had $1,000.00 left on the retainer that I gave him, of course what was i going to do that was on a Friday and we were do in court that Tuesday so he knew that I would have no choice but to pay him the extra $1,500.00 seeing that I didn't have enough time to hire a new attorney and we had already had subpoena five witness's.

I believe that he does this tactic that he does to most of the clients, tells them one price and then keeps trying to find any way he can to bill you so many hours that unless your rich you will eventually run out of money, which means he take's your money that he doesn't have to refund you and then doesn't have to represent you in court because you probably have no more money to give him. That's unethical in my opinion, for example I called his office to ask for them to mail my all of my paper work back to me his sectary said they would. The next thing I know one of his attorney's is calling me to tell me that they would send all of my paper work to me, I asked her if she was billing me for this phone call and she said yes, I told her that your sectary just told me the same thing your telling me and your are trying to bill me for this call, the only reason his attorney called me was to rack up more billing hours.

I writing this blog to warn people about this attorney and his unethical practices, he's a very inexperience attorney that is only in the business to line his own pockets with your hard earned money and in my opinion has no interest in helping the men that are coming to him for help in their time of need, I found a gentleman that spent $15,000.00 with Men's Divorce Law firm and when Jeffrey Feulner wanted more money to continue the case just like he did with me and the gentleman didn't have no more money to give him, so his wife got everything the house, cars and children and an outrageous amount of child support. My divorce only cost me $4,500.00 and I got everything I asked for 50/50 custody and joint time sharing. I don't understand why that gentleman's divorce racked up that much money, and when the gentleman asked what he needed more money for Jeffrey Feulner told him it was to do further investigation, now this guy had already gave this guy $15,000.00, that's a lot of money for a divorce in my opinion!

Here's one example of why I feel he didn't represent me in my best interest at the hearing on December 08, 2009, when the Department of Children and Families investigator told the judge that my son told her that my x-wife's boyfriend grabbed him around the throat in 2006 and slammed him on the bed that she thought that it sounded like discipline, Jeffrey Feulner never said one word, he didn't object to it, he didn't ask her if that was D.C.F. policy on discipline, nothing, he just sat there being quite, and when I tried to tell him to say something about it he told me to just sit there and be quite, what kind of representation is that. He claims that he is an aggressive attorney that will be on your side. Not in my case!

At the hearing on December 08, 2009 my x-wife told the judge that I was stalking her on the night of December 07, 2009 and that her neighbor came face to face with me at 9:40 that night. That was a lie and my attorney Jeffrey Feulner knew that it was a lie because at the time she said I was there we were at a wake together for an attorney named Henry Perla that Jeffrey Feulner knew and that was a dear friend of mine also, we spoke about that issue briefly and he asked me if I had notified his office about it. But he never defended me from those false allegations that my x-wife was making that day in court, when he is an officer of the court and is the best witness you can have. When I asked him why he didn't defend me from those allegations with him knowing personally where I was at, his answer was I thought saying something but decided not to. That's not aggressive representation!

After he failed to defend me from my x-wife's false allegations that her and her boy friend claimed they went right after the hearing and in (retaliation) filed two false retraining orders against me, which kept me from being able to my children for ten day's. I to get the injunction modified so that I could see my children while their with my mother. It's crazy how as a Father I going about trying to protect my children the right way and going through the right resources to do so, and not taking the law into my own hands, now its been turned around on me and can't see my children and lost my time sharing for now because of my x-wife's false allegations. Which the judge would have probably of denied her restraining order if my attorney Jeffrey Feulner defended me in court from those allegations that day.

Six days after he failed to get the Domestic Violence Restraining order to protect my son made permanent against my x-wife's boyfriend, her boyfriend attacked my son by tackling him on his bed knocking the breath out of him and causing injury to his foot that was bruised and sprained so bad that when he went to school the next day and was limping and wrapped in a ace bandage, when the teacher asked him what happened to his foot, and he told her the school contacted D.C.F. and filed a report, I had to then go down and file another Domestic Violence Restraining order against my x-wife's boy friend to protect my son from her abusive boyfriend. After this incident of abuse D.C.F. gave my x-wife three choice's, leave her boy friend, give the children to D.C.F. or give the children to my mother. My x-wife chose to stay with her boy friend and to give the children to my mother!

In addition to this blog I filed a Ripoff Report on the Men's Divorce Law Firm and Jeffrey Feulner and I also made comments on his You Tube Video, after he and his office found out that I did the Ripoff Report and the comments on his You Tube video, Jeffrey Feulner had his office call me and offer me $1,500.00 of my money back if I would delete the Ripoff Report and the comment that I left on his You Tube Video and they also wanted me to sign a contract saying I would not talk about him in a negative manner. I turned him down on his offer because I feel that he does this to most of his clients and I would rather people know about what he does then to then to go to him in their desperate time of need and just get RIPPED OFF.

I was also told that the five subpoenas was going to cost me $50.00 for each one totaling $250.00 and when his office sent me the bill it showed that they are charging me $60.00 for each one totaling now $300.00 dollars this is just the type of unethical attorney he is and the kind of lies you can expect from him and his office. Do not trust this guy or you will be sorry as I am, I have spent $300.00 on the consultation fee, then gave him a $5,000.00 retainer $2,500.00 for the Domestic Violence Restraining order, $2,500.00 for him to help me gain custody of my children which after what he did to with the injunction case I fired him and asked for my $2,500.00 retainer back for the custody case which he said he would not refund to me and now he wants $300.00 more dollars for what, when he should of spoken up in court about things the respondent and witness's were saying he didn't.

I don't believe he represented me in mine or my son's best interest for $5,600.00 that he say's he earned, if he didn't think so himself he would not of tried offering some of my money back to delete my Ripoff Report and You Tube comments!

Beware of the Men's Divorce Law Firm and Jeffrey Feulner he will rip you off!
